    Vaccination Update for Amherst County The Central Virginia Health District (CVHD) is now in Phase 2 of COVID-19 Vaccinations. In Phase 2, anyone who is living or working in the CVHD and is 16 and older is eligible to get the appropriate COVID-19 vaccine.
